What does a typical repair cost?

Our typical carbon bike repair cost is $300. This includes the x-ray, repair, paint and logos. (Price may vary depending on the complexity of the project).

How long will it take to fix my bike?

2-4 weeks, depending on the extent of the damage.

Do you offer a rush service?

Yes! We can do a rush service which is a 3-10 day turnaround and additional costs will apply.

How do you inspect the bike or wheel?

Glad you asked! We are the only company that has the ability to x-ray a bike/wheel. While our competitors can only visually inspect the frame, we have the technology to see the unseen.

Can you repaint my entire frame?

Yes we can. Our paint designer can make it happen. Call us with your color scheme/design and we can provide a quote.

Do you use foam fillers?

Absolutely not. We are not a surfboard repair company.

Do you offer any discounts on shipping?

Yes we do. We use bikeflights.com. Their rates can be 50% lower than FedEx or UPS.
